Roasted Beet and Fennel Salad with Heirloom Tomatoes

My CSA box was loaded with so many good things this week.  There was fennel, tons of tomatos, and beets. I made a lovely salad.

I definitely need to make that. Not a huge fan of fennel but I love beets and am always looking for new recipes.
