Jello pudding cookies? Yea, I was in denial at first, but when I tried it, I just kept thinking um, where have you been all my life? Now, it's the only way I'll make them because they come out so plump and chewy, moreso than any other cookie I've had. Even bakery made.

I just made these (with only choc. chips) to send to my daughter in her first college care package. She shared with her dorm mates. Alas, I think I'll be making more of these. :)

How can you be anti-veg on a nutrition course? These people make my head hurt. One of them wouldn't even try some of the fruit we had in a tasting session because she didn't know what it was. It was kiwi, tangerine and cantaloupe.

I want to stay away from instant packages of stuff like that...so I want to try to make homemade pudding. I found a quick version on allrecipes.com, but how much would you say I should add in?

I'm not sure how much pudding is made from one package...or if I can even add that stuff in when it's pre-made...

the thing about it is....im not entirely sure how different instant pudding mix is from regular pudding mix in terms of their ingredients. i assume if you find a recipe for INSTANT pudding on allrecipes, then you can add 3.4 oz of the dry ingredients only from the pudding recipe. that would probably be super awesome too.

If you go to food network.com and type in "instant pudding" and search by "alton brown" he has a homemade instant chocolate pudding mix.
