Jello pudding cookies? Yea, I was in denial at first, but when I tried it, I just kept thinking um, where have you been all my life? Now, it's the only way I'll make them because they come out so plump and chewy, moreso than any other cookie I've had. Even bakery made.

I made them last night!!! They were awesome! I used all mini M&M's and pecans. They took a bit longer though, 12 minutes was about right. Maybe I made them too big. Can't wait to make this recipe again! Thanks for sharing.

Just made another batch with pistachio pudding, chopped pistachios and half white chocolate chips and milk chocolate chips! Delicious! Next time I would use less white chips, they are SUPER sweet! I used a tablespoon exactly this time, and 12 minutes is still the right amount of time.

I am so dang excited to take these to work tomorrow and share this awesome recipe!

I need to think of more pudding/chip combos!!
