Jello pudding cookies? Yea, I was in denial at first, but when I tried it, I just kept thinking um, where have you been all my life? Now, it's the only way I'll make them because they come out so plump and chewy, moreso than any other cookie I've had. Even bakery made.

Our local store had the store brand pudding for 29 cents a box. I bought a BUNCH of it.

I add a box of pudding mix whenever I make any cookie recipe because the pudding makes them (basically any recipe) super chewy. I usually use vanilla, but butterscotch is really good in oatmeal cookies.

I LOVE these cookies. I have been eating an eggless version all my life due to dietary issues. Even after I finally tried "normal" cookies I still liked pud'n cookies better. :)
