This is a recent obsession of mine. Ever since I found it in individually vacuum sealed frozen portions by the bag, I've been hooked. One of my biggest issues in the last year has been trying to cook for one. I have roommates, and I don't mind cooking for them, but we're rarely on the same schedule, and when I do cook a large amount I tend to end

Oh yum! We recently got some fresh salmon from a friend who went fishing in Alaska. This looks so good. I think we have some left. I just told the bf about this. :)

Yum that looks great! I've been craving salmon for the last week or so (must be my body's way of saying "GIVE ME OMEGA 3!", because I don't even like salmon all that much). Think I'll have to run out and get some salmon for myself now!
