My husband has been craving chicken soup with rice for a while. Me, I've never made a chicken soup and I'm not too comfortable playing with meat most of the time. Yesterday when I made the soup it was the first cool day we'd had in a week. We were getting sick of gazpacho!

1. I pretty much hate summer because I can't stand humidity, but I still look forward to it because of cherry tomatoes.

2. I haven't seen this video in probably 15 years, but I could still sing the whole thing.

When my husband first requested the soup, I started singing it, even though I hadn't heard it in about the same time. I'm really glad it reminded me of it!
