wild blueberry frozen yogurt. made in a $17 ice cream maker with frozen wild blueberries, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla yogurt. not extremely sophisticated but still delicious.

I don't suppose you could share the recipe for that could you? Mum and I can't eat milk but can eat yogurt, so that'd be an excellent 'ice cream' base for us, just changing the flavourings.

yeah, i could. it's all approximate, though.

mix in a bowl:

one 2 lb. tub of vanilla yogurt (or whatever kind you want)
one 12 oz. bag of frozen wild blueberries
about 8 oz. of sweetened condensed milk (you can do this to taste)

prepare according to ice cream maker instructions. it makes a lot.
