S'mores are a favored campfire confection - a sandwich made of graham cracker squares (think a plainer, more crackery version of plain digestive biscuits) as the "bread", a piece of chocolate bar, with the toasted marshmallow providing both toasty gooshy wonderfulness and melting the chocolate ever so slightly.

although in that photo it looks like the chocolate was encouraged to melt some pre-marshmallow by holding it close to the fire.

yep, we "toasted" the graham crackers for a few minutes on the rocks, and put the chocolate on there about 30 seconds before we put on the marshmallow.

s'mores make such a good combination of flavor.
