What a fantastic way to do a birthday! I love your idea!!!

And they look fantastic. Was the frosting hard to make? Adding butter to the egg whites sounds a little trying...

But OH the possibilities with that recipe! Lemon Curd! Blueberry Jam! Cherry! Oh Oh Oh!

It wasn't difficult at all! The egg whites are warm, and the butter is room temperature. It's a bit of a process, but it was a perfect project for my new stand mixer.

Wow, good ideas! Lemon curd would be amazing.

My buddy is in love with her, thinks she's the hottest thing on TV that isn't laced into a leather corset. This photo should change his mind.

On other topics, these cupcakes are a great idea for a birthday, especially if you want to have a party on the go. No mess.
