Followup to my Carrot Cake request

Sorry this took me so long - I'm the newlywed whose husband requested Carrot Cake for his bday last wednesday.

I was FLOODED with wonderful suggestions, and worked them all into an amalgamation of a FABULOUS cake! He literally staggered backwards with a mumbled "oooooooooooh". :) Success, my friends, success!
