My girlfriend and I made parmesan-encrusted tilapia tonight (it was divine!) and served it up alongside some green beans with bacon & sliced garlic. Enjoy!
There's this little nice restaurant in Crescent City, CA that overlooks the beach, and their specialty is parmesan crusted halibut and it is SO FREAKING GOOD. MMM.
How did she make it? Just roll it in parm (and fine breadcrumbs??) and fry?
