I love improvising in the kitchen... Only once or twice can I recall an experiment going so horribly awry that McDonald's turned out to be a better alternative... Anyway... Tonight it was another success... Yeah the picture is messy... I don't plate up experiments as carefully as I should.

That looks REALLY yummy. Cooking stuff in olive oil makes it taste better :D

My mom would love it and she's been dying for me to cook dinner so I might have to steal this recipe.

It's soooo easy.... Only took as long as it took to cook the pasta... which was about 15 minutes give or take...

Heh, sounds kinda like vegetarian lasagna to me, but sans layers. ^_^ Sounds tasty and slightly different though.

hehe... yeah, I actually mixed the spinach and other business in that plate... you know, to avoid dirtying any other dishes...LOL

I saved half for later.

Spinach + pasta with tomato sauce is pretty common, but the best part is almost always your personal touches, like celery salt which make the final bit unique to you :)
