Adventure and Experimentation in the Kitchen

I love improvising in the kitchen... Only once or twice can I recall an experiment going so horribly awry that McDonald's turned out to be a better alternative... Anyway... Tonight it was another success... Yeah the picture is messy... I don't plate up experiments as carefully as I should.

Sauteed Garlic and onions in Olive Oil. Throw in the Spinach. Toss till wilted. Remove from heat.

Add 1/2 cup of water and 2-4 Tblsp of Tomato Paste. Season with Chives, green onions, celery salt and Marjoram...Incorporate until it makes a somewhat hearty, spinachy and tomato-y mixture.

Melt a handful of Kraft Italian Crumbles (mozzarella, provolone, romano, and asiago) over it (I did it in the microwave).

Toss in Bowtie Pasta and sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese.

Holy crap it was good. It's so good I'm thinkin' SURELY it HAS to be similar to a real recipe... Anyone ever have anything like this? If so, what was it called?

spinach, cheese, marjoram, celery, garlic, olive oil, chives, pasta, tomatoes, onions
