Fudge

Dec 21, 2006 13:32

I've just been given some fudge (about 500g of it) in clotted cream and ginger flavours. Can any one give me suggestions for what do with it? Can it be put in cookies?

leftovers, fudge

Recooking may make it go funny. I second the "just eat it" suggestion! (Although if it's soft fudge you could use it atop cookies. Or something.)

you might also try grating a bit of it over things- ginger fudge sounds like it would be really good shaved or grated on top of a cup of cocoa topped with whipped cream.

Fudge party! Trays of fudge all over your house with different things to eat them with (cookies, cakes, jams, preserves, etc.,).
