1 Jar marshmallow creme (Jet Puff)
1 can of Mandarin Oranges
1 8 oz tub cream cheese, softened
a bit of milk

Empty jar of marshmallow creme into large bowl. Drain JUICE ONLY of mandarin oranges into bowl, just a little at a time - don't add the whole can yet! Add some cream cheese and a bit of milk (1/2 tablespoon). Mix together well. Add more cream cheese or more mandarin orange juice or more milk as necessary. I don't measure - I just taste. you'll know when it's right!!

This dip is so yummy. I eat it with every kind of fruit. MMMM
And if you don't like the taste of mandarin oranges or want something a bit different, you can use the juice from marachino cherries instead of mandarin orange juice. YUM!

1 jar of Marshmallow Fluff
1 bar of cream cheese at room temperature.

Blend both ingredients with a mixer until blended. Very YUMMY! (it's my favorite fruit dip).

I agree it would be better to do melon slices rather than balls (too much work).

The best fruit dip ever, imo. Delish with a nice apple (I like it with Pink Ladies), but amazing with strawberries and fresh pineapple too. :)

You can stick with the Italian theme and get some excellent wine cheeses. My favorite is Piave which is awesome with red. An aged Asiago or age Provolone are fantastic as well =)

La Crema, a pinot noir, is usually inoffensive to just about everyone. A nice chianti should go well with the asiago.

Instead of cheesecake, why not do tiramisu?
