I was going to add alot of times iranian cooks use advieh which is the same as allspice in cooking

Oh, yes, and much icon love returned! I loved The Smiths, and I continue to love Morrissey. But you know, Morrissey can be a compliment to any dish! (a sad attempt to keep on topic, haha)
