That looks FABULOUS! I've not been too successful with my previous attempts at hummus, so I'll try yours. I had wondered about those Magic Bullets.. they make them look so fabulous on TV! :)

Nummy! One "secret ingredient" I use is about a tablespoon of sesame oil. Gives is a fabulous, smoky flavor.
