Hummus with olive oil and sumac sprinkled on top, toasted pita wedges, sliced tomatoes and sliced cucumbers.  Mmmmm.

Hummus

- 1 can chick peas
- 2 tbsp. tahini
- the juice of one lemon
- olive oil to taste - about 4 tbsp., I think
- salt

Blend it all up in a blender.  Serve with more olive oil on top and a sprinkle of sumac if you can find a Middle Eastern grocery that sells it.

I used my new Magic Bullet, which isn't the best thing in the world, but is worth owning.  We've been eating a tad healthier since getting one.  Lots of smoothies, homemade sauces and now hummus.  :)
