Well, my method is a little different. I saute the tofu until golden, then add the broccoli. In a bowl, I mix together soy sauce, peanut butter, garlic, ginger, a bit of sesame oil, and crushed red pepper (and usually a little water, because the more sauce, the better). Then I add that to the skillet and cook until hot. It's super quick!
