apparently it's a weight watchers recipe, if that helps. I thought it was quite brilliant.. then lead to me thinking about a potato crust.. mmm.. potato.

I make almost all my quiche's with a potato crust, it's the best. Just shred some potatoes (I like yukon golds)I toss with a little olives oil, add seasonings of your choice, press down into your quiche dish, bake about 20 minutes, remove from oven, add quiche fillings, then bake your quiche as usual.

certainly!

I made a huge amount..

1 kilogram of ground turkey breast (raw)
cooked with
1/3 of a red onion
2 garlic cloves
a whole lot of rosemary (3 or 4 big pinches I think)
bunch of fresh ground pepper and a little salt
a tiny bit of butter, which I'm not sure was necessary, but a lot of recipes I looked at called for it. I probably used less than a 1/4 cup.

once that was all cooked I added:

2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
a bunch of sour cream, maybe a cup and a half?

I think that was it. Very simple. I thought about making my own cream soup, but I wan't feeling my best and did the easy cheat of canned soup.

I put it over rice pasta, and if I had time I would have baked it in the oven for a bit to make a nice browned top.

was easy and delish!

sounds good. I basically took a few recipes and modified them all... which is why nothing is exact!

Looks wonderful--can you tell us how you did the tomatoes?

certainly! I actually did a post about them a while ago, right here: click for tomatoes!

The only thing I forgot that I used and didn't list was onion salt. :)

and thank you..
