Fried Chilli Crabs

My father just made me the most moreish lunch. Fresh boiled broken basmati rice, accompanied by Singaporean-style Chilli Crabs.

Does this only work with Soft Shell Crabs?

Yes - otherwise the sauce will not penetrate the meat, since the shell is too thick in the freshwater crab.
