I just came home from the first day of a workshop that's required for my major. The workshop is everyday this week from 9:00 - 5:30, and it's supposed to be an introduction to C++ programming.

Apparently, there were too many courses that QF majors had to take, so they decided to pass some of them off as week-long "workshops". I say "workshops"

Haha. They do that to us, too. We study an undergrad semester's worth of material for a single exam. And we literally have exams every week.
