I have just recently set up a filter on GoogleNews for the actors and general things related to this community, so having search terms such as "Paul McGann, Hornblower, Jamie Bamber" and so on. Over the past day I've gotten some of the strangest results imaginable... so I thought I might share with you. Look for familiar names in these articles ( Read more... )

character: archie kennedy, news: general, actor: paul mcgann

How cool is it that Paul McGann is an officer??! :D

Aww, poor coach Archie!

Awesome isn't it? And this is only the first day I've had the filter up. I wonder else will come my way? *g*

I didn't even notice THAT. Hahahaha

We've got a PCSO round our way that looks like a skinner version of Paul, but it can't be same one in the article, being as it's so far away from where I am.

Archie being a footbal coach, however, seems somewhat fitting.

This reminds me, at my gym there's a guy on one of the posters who looks so much like Paul, I keep on meaning to sneakily take a picture of it to post on here but each time I go there's people around and I'm to embarrassed to get out my phone *g*

Strange but true - here in the district I work in I have a work colleague called James Bamber, and yes, he is known as Jamie.

Indeed? That's pretty awesome. =)

*Wonders what the surname of a Paul I once sat next to in history lecture is*

Woot! Endeavour Hills is a suburb of Melbourne, the capital city of our state (Victoria). Fancy having an Archie Kennedy that close! And Rugby to boot! Wait until Lt. Mylodon hears of this.
