I grew up on Vietnamese food and ever since I moved away from my family home for college, I often find myself longing for something my mom or grandmother would make at home. I just put the chili in the fridge and I am so excited to eat it tomorrow. The chili powder is a nice blend of Anaheim, New Mexico, and Ancho chiles, though the only mishap was that I was certain I had whole cumin seeds at home.
