So, I've gotten a few "Why friends only now?"
It's all actually quite ridiculous, really.
A friend of mine had a video stolen of of a private website and posted around the internet.
It was x-posted around LiveJournal, and once we found out, a few of us asked that the link be taken down.
Which it wasn't and started a war.
A stupid, childish war.

Bandom is sparkly, too. You two are both on my flist and I would rather see this work out alright.
Do it for the kiddies.
The thing is, I can hardly stand wank among people on my flist. I want to treat it as something to pass over quickly, because I deal with wank everday in real life. Real life sucks, we know that.
Up to now I have no idea what video you guys are talking about. But we'll work through it, I hope.

Quite honestly, I did post some pretty lame remarks, but I was getting defensive because I felt like I (as well as OCK) was being attacked.
There were some bad remarks (worse than what I wrote) left, and I felt the urge to reply.
The whole banning issue is kinda one-sided. "The other party" was a much more rude and over the top about the whole situation than I was, and because she has "power" I was banned. Kinda crappy, isn't it?
And, about gettin the video taken down... we were messaging Ashley all day. She was in the city, away from a computer, and could not do anything about it. So, when she had the chance, she did.

Yeah, fair enough you do have the right to post how you feel about a situation. But don't you think the two sentences I posted were a little contradictory? You're over it, and yet you're slagging them off still?
And yesterday, the "tone" you used was rather harsh. What with the caps lock it did read a bit like you were shouting at the posters of the enterys. Fair enough you wanted it taken down, I'm not even gonna get into my opinions on that because I don't actually care for an argument with anyone. But y'know, the posters of the entries didn't steal the video, and from what I gather nor did they realize that the video was private. It just seemed harsh, in my opinion, to be "shouting" at them with all caps lock, perhaps you never even thought of it this way. And just for the record, I'm telling you this now, not because I'm icedmaple's friend or anyone elses friend, or because I hate your or anything. I'm saying this, in what I hope is a nice, polite, ( ... )

--anywhozles. wtf is wank? (yes I'm being serious) and when did the scene become so delineated by what happens on the internet? I miss real artistry. *le sigh*
and oh well--my kindergarten teacher did write "does not play well with others" on my report card--I guess I never really grew out of that.
and since I'm bored guess who sent an hour on the phone with some dude at Vagrant cause we were both bored at work? (I was supposed to be making 'merchindising decisions')
