So, I've gotten a few "Why friends only now?"
It's all actually quite ridiculous, really.
A friend of mine had a video stolen of of a private website and posted around the internet.
It was x-posted around LiveJournal, and once we found out, a few of us asked that the link be taken down.
Which it wasn't and started a war.
A stupid, childish war.

Yeah, fair enough you do have the right to post how you feel about a situation. But don't you think the two sentences I posted were a little contradictory? You're over it, and yet you're slagging them off still?

And yesterday, the "tone" you used was rather harsh. What with the caps lock it did read a bit like you were shouting at the posters of the enterys. Fair enough you wanted it taken down, I'm not even gonna get into my opinions on that because I don't actually care for an argument with anyone. But y'know, the posters of the entries didn't steal the video, and from what I gather nor did they realize that the video was private. It just seemed harsh, in my opinion, to be "shouting" at them with all caps lock, perhaps you never even thought of it this way. And just for the record, I'm telling you this now, not because I'm icedmaple's friend or anyone elses friend, or because I hate your or anything. I'm saying this, in what I hope is a nice, polite, constructive way, because I hate wank on the internet, I don't care who causes it, it's horrid, and if by perhaps realizing that all caps lock was not the best way to go into those messages, then perhaps this situation can be avoided, if say, another video leaks. Or at least if this happens again you can sit here and say, perfectly honestly, that you had absolutely no part in the wank, incoraging the wank or causing someone else to wank. (Which sounds wrong I know.)
