AWWWWWWWWWWWWWW this is so sweet!

I just loved the conversation with Al. It's not one I would have imagined before, but it really seemed to fit the situation. Poor Roy and Ed hiding their love away! I really enjoyed the way you brought in his subordinates as well. Their presence felt very natural to me.

I will say I was a little surprised Roy didn't seal up his wound with his flames, but maybe the poor dear was too distraught over seeing his Ed that way! ;-) Very enjoyable story and nicely done. Thanks for sharing! :-D

Thanks, I was worried that it might come out a little too sappy for it being Roy and Ed so it's good to know I didn't go too wrong :)

About Roy sealing up his wound, I didn't want it to be too reminiscent of Havoc, plus I blame it on him not being all there and being really distraught >.> That's my story and I'm sticking to it :P

Awww, this was a precious story. I like that it's Ed who's worried about how their relationship could be used against them both. Al was cute in his outrage at Roy not acting like how he thought he should.

Al has a very clear idea of what love should be and how people in love should act, he's so innocent that way :)

<333333333333 How very typical of Ed to take on the responsibility of protecting Roy! ^_^ You can almost hear the anguish in Roy's voice when he said, "Because he doesn't want me to! Because he won't let me." *wibbles*

Ed protects everyone, it's who is and we wouldn't love him any other way :)

I definitely liked that it was Ed that was the smart one about hiding the relationship, even though he insisted on Al knowing. Loved the actions sequence by the way. You should write more of those!

Ed's smarter than your average blond :P And he had to tell Al, he'd find out anyway may as well earn points for coming clean from the start :)

I'm not usually good with action sequences so I'm happy I got this one right.
