Decisions, decisions (more knitting)
So, I have started making a pair of Jaywalker socks. The yarn is pretty, I have been liking the pattern, it looks great. I don't have that much knitting time, but I had gotten through the heel turn on the first sock (I started them over the 4th of july...). Complimented
So, today I was wearing the Clapotis that I knit. When I ordered my coffee at starbucks, the cashier asked me if I had made it myself, complimented me on how even it looked, and asked how I made the "holes".
No big deal, but it made me smile. -

The promised knitting content
I've been pretty excited lately. I finished my Dad's xmas gift (vest) which turned out well, I made a pair of "fetching" fingerless gloves while I was home with my sick daughter and had my Mom helping me out. Long Absence
I kind of fell off the face of the earth. I stopped updating here, I didn't have time to read the message boards I used to read (eqwomen especially). Once my daughter was somewhat mobile I couldn't spend time on the computer.
