If a "Ball" Is a premating Ritual, for humans I think for I have not heard it, then why is "everyone" invited?

Sesshomaru...a ball is a dance. You go and see old friends and you dress up nicely and you dance.

Since its a school ball..that is why everyone is invited.

It'll be warm where the ball. Sesshomaru...I would like to go with you. I don't have a lot of experience with dancing either or with balls and I think it would be nice if we go together.

I am sorry Leiko. I did not realize that you and Sesshoumaru were pledged. I just wanted to go as friends thats all since I know him from a different times. InuYasha...is no longer here I believe.

No, you and I don't know each other. But since when is that necessary for a mating pledge? Especially when one's =parents= are the ones who arranged it?

I have no interest in getting to know people here. I tried on several occasions and...it has ended badly. Be careful. Ningen culture is different to ours, and my best attempts at being friendly have been rebuffed as counter to their culture. If you truly wish to try...watch yourself.
