1 - depends entirely on who is saying it and how many times you have heard it (Great-Aunt Margaret - no, little brother saying for the 5th time - yes!)

2 - Oh, but you could have so much fun riding around on Mario Karts!!!!!

5 - If you don't have a lovely bunch on your wedding day, your dress is wrong ;-D

6 - perfectly appropriate for an aperitif on your wedding day (for one thing, quite often, you can't fit enough champagne in the dress to get good & tipsy)
