Guess who found a dress for the bar mitzvah next Shabbat? That'd be me!!! After three separate trips to four different stores, I finally found one with an appropriate sleeve length (to the elbow), neckline (shallow, narrow v-neck, don't even need a tank top), skirt length (mid-calf). First they were reading Waiting for Godot, because I misremembered the prompt as "waiting" while I was writing in the car. Then when I got the real prompt, they were reading The Odyssey. Then I remembered that the augury in T.O. was an eagle augury, not a raven. So as of now, they're just debating bird symbolism.

The full title of this is The Sunnydale Interspecies Scholarly Discussion and Book Club (I just read the Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society and I needed to emulate) but I thought that gave away too much about the story.

Awww! Giles and Angel are being nice to each other! ...In their own special way, which naturally includes arguing. You know, I adore ravens. And Angel's right, it doesn't have to mean death. :) So, are we at all concerned about the type of refreshments he's going to provide?

(FYI...Angel brings blood for him and scones for Giles. Giles brought lemon bars for the current meeting. That's what used to be on the china plate he almost knocked over. Okay, I'm getting a little too in to this one.)

Haha! I love it, it's nice seeing Giles and Angel interact like humans, they needed that more on the show!
