I'm still on "goal one" of my six changes for this year (likely truncated to five changes as I'm taking my sweet time) and I think I'm going in the right direction. Brad noted how much energy the "food math" was taking from me so asked me to stop recording. I like recording because I'm OCD, so it's a struggle! But I am in fact eating more meals

Yeah, that. My dessert choices have, as a consequence, got a lot fattier, but it makes portion control MUCH easier. Baked apples with whipped cream is tasty, but I don't want to keep eating, like I do with "just one more cookie."
