9. Hakkai/ Hakuryuu (Saiyuuki)
-- Hakuryuu's devotion is the purest in the series. Even Gokuu's devotion to Sanzou has a reason, but Hakuryuu's just is. You HAVE the right of it there! ^__^

and Marlowe/Shakespeare ... gosh and I thought I was an odd one! *grins very broadly!*

Ohh, everyone does Marlowe/ Shakespeare, and anyone who can read does a version of enemy slash (love triangle with Lord Southampton-- 'Was it the full sail of his swelling verse' thing.) The relationship's pretty much canon implicit in the sonnets, and then Shakespeare's being sad about M's death all through As You Like It.

That occurred to me, but it's not by any means an absolutely favourite couple, I don't really like the way they interact in canon (a bit one note for me), and no one's ever done any yaoi riffs on it that I know of.
