Yeah... Then again, most Pokémon hatch in their original sizes, so he isn't the biggest possible.

Indeed they are. They certainly keep one on one's feet at all times. They could 'evolve' at any moment, I've heard.

Yeah, they might. There are many different ways to evolve a Pokémon. Through experience, stones and happiness at least... using a stone will determine when the Pokémon evolves, the others might be rather sudden.
