Been gone awhile again

I blame work. Since my last post, I've been to Albuquerque and Pensacola. Funny, those two and Boston all have the same basic weather this year (95+ degrees and thunderstorms). The only difference is the level of humidity. Albuquerque was having flash floods right before I got there, so even it was overly humid compared to normal. Its WRONG ( Read more... )

You're right, though - the weather thing is creepy.
Stupid global warming.

I hope Midori's health improves a bit.
Critters with upset tummies are even unhappier than kids with upset tummies,

Things are doing very well for me on the convention front. I've passed last year's income a few months ago and I haven't even hit the point in this year where I'll be repeating cons. Most of the places I sent to this year are first timers for me. Last year, I didn't do any of the summer conventions.

I'm keeping in touch with Theresa since she's a WONDERFUL person to talk to about this stuff. She's been such a huge help in deciding which conventions to do and which to ignore. Almost every one that she has recommended has been a good one. That and she has great stories to tell.

Actually critters with upset tummies are JUST like kids with upset tummies. They complain, they fight you when you try to give them stuff to make them feel better and they have Stuff(tm) coming out both ends. Not fun.
