Those of you who have been reading my journal for a while now know that I keep a running record of how many years go by between falls from a horse. This weekend, I went back to zero. The last time was back in 2004.

So I'm finally back to work after a wonderful week of doing a lot of nothing. Its rather scary just how fast you can settle in to being a home body. I blame work. Since my last post, I've been to Albuquerque and Pensacola. Funny, those two and Boston all have the same basic weather this year (95+ degrees and thunderstorms). The only difference is the level of humidity. Albuquerque was having flash floods right before I got there, so even it was overly humid compared to normal. Its WRONG ( Read more... )

Played in our first doubles volleyball tournament two weekends ago. Took 3rd place out of 4 teams. However, the scores against the two teams that beat us were 18/16, 17/15 and 15/13.
