Went to a comics convention this past weekend, and got me some Rogues sketches (and for those who saw most of them over at my journal the other day, the Piper one is up now).

"Barry never hit us!" -- You know, there is a mounting stack of evidence to prove that claim dead wrong XD Clearly he hit them so often, their memories were damaged (yeah I know I know they were just taunting Wally, am I not allowed to have any fun anymore? Sheesh! X( )

I like how often Barry used to hit their heads *into* things. Like THAT'S not going to cause a whole lot of damage...

It would be kind of sadly funny if their modern Johnsian darkness is a result of all the beatings they took over the years, altering their personalities for the worse. I used to work with people who've suffered brain injuries, and they are some messed up folks.

Of course! It makes sense now...."Barry never hit us"...he hit them so often that they don´t even remember that he hit them^^

Actually, that used to be fairly common for playing with tops. I say "used to", because tops aren't that common these days ^_^ I think it gives a faster or longer spin.

Those sketches are all really great but I especially like the Weather Wizard one. He's got a very pleased expression on his face and the lightning and wind effects are very well done.

The covers on the older comics are often really amusing to me. It sort of looks like the Rogues are in a convenient line so Flash can just zoom down it and punch all of them out without effort.
