Good question, I dunno. I guess so. Roscoe should be able to lift her with TK anyway, unless he doesn't have it for some reason.

Somehow I doubt a lot of thought was put into a single-panel cameo, though.

Could well be! Question is, is this bit just a throwaway scene showing that the zombie Rogues are active in their hometown, or an actual plot point we'll see in BN: Flash that'll go somewhere?
