Okay, so that was my prompt, and...
I had to blink away a few tears there. I never thought of it not working out in the 'original life', that's an awesome twist.
And those episodes before were wonderful as well, bittersweet and only little glimpses, but still so powerful.

It has been a while! I'm clearly slacking off, but I did go camping for half the week, which was awesome. :D It also seemed to cure me of my writers block, which is amazingness personified.

I love all the different ways in which they come together - happily, unhappily, breaking the people around them, but always together (and #2, fuck, so sad), and then the last one, or the first one, I guess, just so, so perfect in its simplicity, like the romance that could have been between them has no significance against the grandness of their lives, of the era. ♥
