Bad decisions are made every day. If you're a JE designer that's just not trying hard enough. PicWar

OK people. Here's the deal:

Summary: Picwar = an excuse for me and lockability to abuse each other with the terrible terrible clothing karma of JE band members. This has now been going on . . . for a while. When will it end??? I have no idea of this. I do know, however how it will end. In tears. Probably not hers or mine.

Disney princess toga party! I approve! ♥♥♥♥♥ I had to go re-watch and noticed for the first time that Nino sneaks off early. Devious boy! I except no excuses about changing for solos, it had to be planned. I particularly like the floaty danglers that protrude from Aiba's elbow. Very swishy!

The personalities of these costumes are definitely strong! I'm thinking the collective personalities of a bunch of 13 year old girls at a Disney princess slumber party. The 3rd time that Sho walking in on Ohno plaiting Jun's hair, while Aiba painted his nails, he gave up any pretense of pride and sat down to watch the little mermaid with Nino and wait his turn...

YAY!

I'm glad you like! It's truly best in motion--Aiba's elbow protuberance totally looks like it could bean someone in the head, and the braid behind Jun isn't any better.

Yes, Nino really disappears relatively early, which is too bad because his outfit is really terrible ^_^; He bribed the staff to get his solo placed after that set to minimize the time. The critters were most displeased. The DS was withheld for hours.

I love that Sho skillfully manages to avoid the scary heights of the crane and yet finds a piano to hide behind. Well done, Sho! As much as I place this costume at an extreme point on the scale of wrongness, doesn't it compliment Aiba's pretty princess hair rather well? (I got the impression that Aiba's hair was attempting to communicate, Aiba's hair: flutters silkily. Fabric: flutters suggestively back...)Yes, I shall not be content until everything has a personality and it's own motives! The way the ass wiggle dance move, early on in only love makes the foofy fabrics sway will never get old. Also, with multiple re-watches the little puff sitting on Jun's shoulder is growing on me. Sho is aiming for masculinity, but even Sho's masculinity knows it's limitations and napped appropriately. I give him credit for his attempts at strutting in a manly fashion ( ... )

Watching in slowmo = hilarity!

*grins*

Isn't it? Some of the older avi files, I have to watch with the VLC player and this is one of them. The only bad thing about this is that it's harder to cap because in quicktime, I can pause and go frame by frame. VLC is much less responsive >_< The flipside of this is that means I often have to watch the same 2 second bit 3 or 4 thousand times before I actually time the cap just right--especially because VLC . . . sometimes is really slow about registering the clip. So I've seen most of this performance . . . many times now ^^" I can't decide if that's a god thing ( ... )

Gee, I don't know, Flange. I think it's missing something. Maybe random wads of tulle? Glitter? Something... Yes, I think they're just not sparkly enough -- shiny, but not sparkly ( ... )

It has sparkly! Two different types of sequin!

But the critters choke on them, so they used a light touch with them. the bulgy protuberances and knots are pretty spectacular though.

I think this costume is more about the intricate knots and shape than anything else . . . and the swishy. Definitely the swishy.

Ooooh you'll have to tell me how that goes for you.

Ooh, I think Boy just beat the big boss of his game he's been playing since the day after my birthday.

YAY!

I did see the sequins where you pointed them out, but they're sort of overwhelmed by the organza, tulle, chiffon, organdy, and gauze ( ... )

Did I mention that he already has another game for the PS3? *groans*

This is a really short performance set--and then Nino's solo. The Yellow and purple have come up twice already today. You know my love for them. Though I'm not sure I'll use them unless it works thematically--I think we are beyond their level of crack by now.

The knots are pretty hilarious--and the braids and plaiting everywhere.

The leather cuff that Oho wears is actually pretty awesome. it just doesn't coordinate that well--though I suppose we would say that in terms of weaving.plaiting, it kind of works.

So tired. And never had dinner >_<

Good luck writing!! I'm looking over TZ;s writing sample tomorrow . . . If you want to send anything my way, just let me know ^^

O__O

Very… very.

Blue?

Ohno's wristband! XD Cute. Maybe he needed it because Nino had bitten him and the blue of the bruise clashed with the blue of the costume.

That makes a lot of sense ^_^ too much yellow and red in the bruise, and . . . you know, it didn't fit with the princess theme, so emergency accessory. ^_^ That doesn't explain Jun's rather hideous (with this outfit) pendant, but I generally find it good policy not to question Jun's relationship with his accessories . . .

Okay, random comment but whatever, YOU HAVE TO WATCH THIS:

http://community.livejournal.com/tokioteatime/50323.html

(You have to join the comm, but like I said, YOU HAVE TO WATCH THIS!) You'll laugh. You'll cry. You'll bleed from your eyes. IT'S GREAT. There's Arashi and everything. It's like... a junior concert, except with debuted groups, and WORSE COSTUMES. Your life will never be the same again.

Random drive-by comment me anytime ^_^

I will do this as soon as I get home! (Since campus is really cranky about questionably legal downloading ^^")

this sounds AMAZING!! Did you just find it or re-find it?

worse costumes . . . ? Really? *is skeptical*

Is this even possible?

Just found it. I even commented at you before I was even done watching it, because it was so epic that I had to link you to it ASAP. It would be great fodder for a picwar post, but there's too many people in too many bad costumes that it would be way too hard to use. You'll totally love this so hard. I mean. It's just EPIC.

Thank you for sharing this then!

I keep meaning to wrk up the energy for random post, but . . . I watched both seasons of HYD over the weekend instead >_<

And did academic editing and a beta. I'm exhausted ^_~

And there is much work to do . . . and I just don't want to.

*wants to be home to watch crack trainwreck*

How did your weekend turn out, btw? *waves small pompoms of encouragement*
