While standing at the counter to get food, I discovered that this hip pain feels better standing. As long as I take baby steps and don't bend or twist at the waist, everything feels okay. Hugs are always here. This is probably a lower priority in the long run, but I hope you'll give some thought to how often you would accept/welcome people reaching out to you should you find yourself withdrawing socially.

I don't know much in the way of helping or information on how to go about getting disability. The only experience that I had was my dad trying to get on disability and it took quite a while. He had to go to certain doctors, sometimes more than once, had to do some in home observations, paperwork, etc. I know every case is different but be prepared to be infuriated with how slow the system is.

Also, I give wonderful hugs anytime you need them.
