RIP Terry Pratchett

I never had the honor of meeting Terry Pratchett, and I certainly wasn't one of his friends or family, and I'm sure that gives me the distance to feel this bigger sense of loss than just of the person at his death. There's always something extra sad to me about beloved authors dying

I need never heard of Pratchett before today, but I bought the Kindle edition of Dodger.

The possibility of new works and worlds from him is gone, but what he created will be here for all, even newbies to his work like me.

I hope you enjoy his work. There are lots of places online where you can read about the different sub-series of his work, if you find that Dodger isn't the best place to jump in. :)
