I've come to a rather unfortunate (and belated) realization. The rest of my outline for Shrine Prostitute is chock full of drama - and I can't STAND it. Well blarg.

Problem is, I think it's the right direction, so that's why I was bearing with it before, but I've realized that's likely a large contributor to my lack of productivity. I mean, time

Dunja just love indecision- mess with ya every-time! :P And Ive done that with fics before, both the staying up all night to read em part as well as already read em and not realized right away, so dun beat yourself up over it - is still just as good the second, third and even forth time round, hehe. :D

Well, I've had the lack of recognition thing happen a few times, but it surprised me this time because it's such a big-name popular fic, and disappointed me because I really found it rather unremarkable. Meh. But I'm well aware that tastes differ quite a bit from person to person - as is shown every time the IYFG awards come in as the ones I vote for almost never win. Le sigh. ^_-

Hey, I was wondering if you were thinking of doing something with Kikyo.. I have been rereading your story, and I noticed you don't mention her anymore.

Answer: yes, but mostly no. She doesn't have any big roles to play (at least at the moment, but things have a tendency to change on me) but I wanted to bring in as many characters as I could.
