Oh the Irony

I've decided I need to be more active online so I'm going to be trying to post places more often.
Good kind of decision to make when I'm out a computer, eh? haha.

Anyhow, I met the most delicious man at work last night. Unfortunately, he did not immediately succumb to my manifold charms so, alas, I was stuck in eye-candy mode, which was certainly ( Read more... )

I didn't know you worked in a bookstore--or at least, if I did, I forgot. ^_^ I worked in a bookstore a long, long time ago and loved it, too. As a matter of fact, I've been considering picking up a part-time job at one, if there's anything available, since I'm not teaching this year. Of course, the downside to working in a bookstore is that a chunk of your paycheck goes to support your own book-buying habit. (And everyone knows they're getting books for Christmas.) LOL!

Why is it that the most delicious men never succumb to one's manifold charms at a glance? We can write that scene better. ^_~

Sounds like you are in a good mood and your spirits are up. Good for you! ^_^

Bookstores = <3 ^_^
Seriously, I need a much better job so I can actually pay the bills, but I loves it, so it's good enough for now. Huzzah.

And I think one thing that amused me so much about the hot boy was that normally I abhor getting hit on by strangers (actually, friend too because that's just awkward) - and that happens surprisingly a lot in a bookstore, but I totally would've been all over that one. I think it was the random good mood that kicked in, haha.

Yeah, I actually bartended for a little while - it was surprisingly fun (oh the lols), though the asshattery also does get on one's nerves after a while. Still, it's definitely a good place to work if you find the human populace in general to be amusing. ^_-

As for pictures, I can either email you a couple or email you a link to some, but the thing is I'm kinda retarded. I don't want to post any up on the offchance that anyone in real-life randomly (however unlikely) finds my user and identifies it as me. No one irl is allowed to know I have written lemons. (Got to the point I was actually considering deleting all citrus I've ever written so I wouldn't have to worry about hiding it anymore - especially because I'd like to get input on my arts - but then I think anyone who reads SP would lynch me, haha). So there's my explanation, in all its dorky goodness ^_-

ginduf@gmail.com --but only if you want to.

i don't read the lemons, i try to read around them, so it wouldn't bother me if you took them out. i love the affection and interaction between inuyasha and kagome. the issues you've raised are really moving and intriguing. the lemons, to me are not necessary (when i read around them i imagine like in the old movies 'cut to waves crashing against the rocks). i can't speak for anyone else though-- just be true to yourself.
