stories and ponderings

Have been updating my website, at a rate of about one page per day, and now I'm done. Well, until I write something else, which right now sounds like a very compelling argument to never write anything again ever. This is, apparently, what I have to show for the first six months of the year:

Episode One: The Quiet Padawan (12,700 words). A spirited ( Read more... )

I don't believe I mentioned how much the "don't lose count" line in the SPN drabble cracks me up. Meta FTW!

*grins* Yes indeed. And if Sam can keep count in a situation like that, surely other people can manage it under less um tense circumstances. At least, I assume less tense circumstances for your average drabble writer. Maybe I'm wrong! Also, thank you. :)

I'm going to take the full title of The Quiet Padawan as a harbinger of good tidings (where "good tidings" means "sequels! yay!"). Oh I love that story so much. *dances you*

Aw, thank you. *tries to jitterbug* I like the idea of a sequel quite a lot. I don't seem to like the idea of any actual writing right now, but I suppose that's a whole 'nother issue. *g*

what kind of freak writes stories in thirty-five fandoms? There must be something wrong with me)

An adorable freak :). Your fic count is way higher than mine for the year; I think mine is actually non-existent except for the last two things I posted. I seem to only get about one productive month a year these days *g*.

Maybe someone should prod you for stories more often. :) Or not, I mean, I'm not advocating stress and pressure as the only good incentive to write. but sometimes it works. My wish for you to write more is, of course, entirely selfish, but I can probably wrap it up in something that sounds like good intentions! and thanks for the reassurance.

Your icon is so admorable. and thanks. I just had a moment of flashing on that no one can write well in many fandoms argument. which may well be true, but how can you know which fandoms you'll be good at until you try? *g*
