I've been enjoying this
recipe for Curry Roasted Cauliflower. One head of cauliflower makes a big batch which I keep in a big plastic container in my fridge. Then while I'm cooking dinner, I throw some of them into the oven to cook for my side dish. It comes out fairly spicy. I'm not sure which ingredient(s) cause the heat...garam masala or mustard
