i hate apple pie. and apple crumble, apple crisp, apple muffins, etc. hot mushy apples just aren't my thing. and what did we make in international foods today? why, le tarte tatin, a lovely dish with a delicious crust and caramel bottom (which becomes the top as you flip it over after baking) and of course, my favotire... MUSHY GODDAMN APPLES
