In which it becomes evident that I watch way too much TV

Note: No major spoilers, but my comments probably aren't going to make a heck a lot of sense if you haven't seen the episode in question.

Don't look at the sort-of spoilers! *covers your eyes* I thought of calling you to come over on Friday, but I had a meeting to get to early in the afternoon. D: I hope you watched SPN at least! :>

I didn't look! I didn't look!

I found SPN twenty minutes after it aired and made a lot of squeaking noises. And I didn't get back in till late last night anyway, so I wouldn't have been able to join you. (Don't travel during rush hour.)

Ah! I also didn't watch Chuck. I really didn't like the first half of the 3rd season, so I didn't finish it. I've got to get on that. .

But hearing the Ellie is pregnant kind of pisses me off. Oh well, better her than Sarah, because I don't think I could stand dealing with a baby in every episode.

I've missed discussing TV shows with you! :> You must come over next weekend (or Friday or something!) and we can watch jailbait!JGL and rant about next week's episodes of various shows. \o/

SPN: Everything felt kind of strange! I hope this doesn't set the tone for the rest of the season, and I hope they'll start resolving things soon (who brought back Sam and Grandpa? are the creepy Campbells evil?). :x *bites at nails*

Glee: when she first appeared, she was swinging at Sue and Will, and then she started feeling bad because THEY were mean to HER?
Yes, this, exactly! As juvenile as it sounds, Bieste (ah, that's how you spell it) did start it -- and Will+Sue are pretty juvenile people, all things considered, so it's not surprising that they took immediate offense.
One thing I'm really happy about re: Season 2 is that the damn pregnancy storyline is finally over! \o/
I will never say no to more screentime for Mike. :D ♥

Community: That weapon! Oh man, ahaha, I can't not laugh every time I think about the weapon. If all anthropology ( ... )

Yes! For sure - school is so stressful that it will be a great break. Ohh. .. and I didn't know JGL was jailbait in that movie! Now I really can't wait to see it (err. . . maybe that came out wrong ( ... )

7. What was Sam referring to when he said that Dean wouldn't hesitate, but Sam wouldn't even think to try?

I think he was referring to Dean going to save his neighbors when they were obviously already dead. Right before that he said something along the lines of "You just went. We could use that." Basically, he was implying that he wouldn't even have tried to save people that were unsavable, which, IMO, was a really WEIRD thing for Sam to say, but I think that's part of the point.

I'm pretty sure Jared's acting was intentional. We're supposed to feel weird about Sam right now. It was definitely strange to watch, and I mostly feel uneasy about it, but I'm pretty they are setting things up this way for a reason.

Oh, okay, that makes sense. Thanks for explaining! I was so confused at the exchange...actually, I'm still kind of confused because, you're right, that really isn't something Sam would say. Perhaps it's part of his new "hardened" image.

Everything felt so off between Sam and Dean -- I do hope they resolve it soon, I don't think I can stand half of season of this tension. *flails*

lol I don't trust anyone either. D: I thought te grandpa was super creepy as well (what did they do with the djinn)? I think Sam was written to be a little off now. Something's up...and I already really want to know what.

Ah you remind me of how I really need to catch up with shows. :D

You mean the djinn that they didn't kill and dragged out back to the van? Idk! I have no idea what the motives are of these new Campbells and whether Grandpa Campbell has something else up his sleeve.

What other shows are you currently following? :D

The change in demeanor in Sam at least is intentional. I remember watching a few interviews of the SPN cast at Comic-con and Jared talked about how Sam was this different guy now who didn't need to save every innocent person, who accepted collateral damage. Sooo, that was probably what was behind his weird behavior. And it's probably going to continue for quite a while 'cause I think it's genuinely who Sam is now.

"Do you think we're dating 'cause we're both Asian? That's racist." :DDDDD I love it. I LOVED THE ASIAN CAMP SCENE. ALL THE KIDS WITH THEIR PHONES. God, so accurate.

It's too bad that Sam has become even less sympathetic since his demon-blood-drinking-and-revenge-seeking days. Now that he's become more cold and distant, I wonder what his motives are. Why does he want Dean back after a year of no contact? *is antsy for next episode*

Ahaha, that was fantastic -- and that one kid trying to film Mike and Tina making out, ahaha.
