Manager stuff is going fine.

Problems with my left hip persisting. S'been a month. Xrays are normal, bloodtests are normal. MRI on Tuesday. >.< Until then, it's a lot of Aleve to get through work.

Joined a bowling league. Having lots of fun (in spite of hip).

Switching to evenings in the next week or two. Very excited.

Happy Birthday, Tara-sis. I hope you're having a darling vacation. ;)

I have to admit that being called in early 4 out of 5 days so far this week is rather tiresome.

I talked to my store manager today. She informed me that I am being trained for shift manager. Not that I am *going* to be trained. That I'm in the *process* of being trained. And starting tomorrow, *she* is going to start training me.

So I suppose that makes it official. I am going to be a shift manager. After what.. two months?

This is so cool!

For the record, April, the new girl is *not* me. I set up her IRC account and used my default info. I need to go change it to her own; I knew I missed something when I was getting her to fill in her own info on mirc. ;)

I fell asleep at 1 am.

It is now 7. Apparently, a bunch of people didn't show up for the 5am/6am shifts this morning. To prove my worth, I am going in three hours early.

It's going to be a very long day.
