I'm here in Spokane, WA right now. Specifically, I'm at my lake home on Newman Lake. It's the perfect place to be after the stress of finals week and moving out of the dorms. Because both of those events are over, I don't feel the need to reflect back on them ( Read more... )

I wish you all the calm and peacful quiet time you need to recover from the hellish week of finals, and the ones building up to that. I'm glad you get to take a rest. It sounds absolutely gorgeous there! I kinda wish I were in school so I could have breaks to look forward to. Mine however are breaks that consist of 2 days, and often aren't even scheduled together. *sigh* When did being a grown up happen? MISS YOU BUNCHES! Talk to ya later!

Such peace, and so much love.

This is what I feel when I don't have to worry about both school and work. I've been vedging just like you, perhaps in a less aethetically beautiful place, but somewhere that nonetheless calms me. MY place. My very own. Not my parents' or the university's or Erik's...Mine.

I hope you come up sometime this summer so you can see it. We even have a hideabed for guests...unless you end up sleeping in Huma's room, you rascal. *wink*

Lol, what Huma and I do behind closed doors is none of your business young lady. That is, unless you'd like to join us *growl* Lol, Hide-a-beds are death, so I'd probably just get cozy with the floor. Alas, by the time I make it up there I'll be ready to move into my own place, so i'll have my own bed :) Miss you *hugs*
